Came without mounting hardware, customer service wasn’t helpful. If you’re not buying in person, don’t buy.

Missing the hardware

I picked two of these up in the store but one was missing all the hardware. I went back the next day to see if it had fallen to the side or if I was supposed to pick the hardware up separately. Nope, the packaging confirmed it was supposed to be included but not of the additional racks has thier hardware either. I ended up purchasing additional hardware from a different brand.

Very nice rack and sturdy, too.

Sturdy, attractive, roomy but I had to snip one upper and one lower basket wire to move the clips on the left side closer together to fit the cabinet that I installed this on in order to have a flat surface to mount all four clips. The side of my cabinet had a decorative surface, not a flat surface. Worked fine but had to perform surgery.
