Warped top drawer

Had to replace first one due to warped top drawer and replacement was even worse. Giving up (2 weeks without sink) and trying to modify it ourselves to make it work. Very disappointed

I love all the drawers, the single-surface counter & sink. I especially loved that it came assembled. It was also very carefully packaged to prevent damage. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Broken top

We are building a house and this vanity arrived earlier than needed. We decided to double check that all was good with it prior to the return window closing and opened up the box to look at it. Thank goodness we did as it had a large piece of the countertop material broken off! Customer service could not assist with getting the vanity back to Lowe’s and the 48in box doesn’t fit in our car. So it’s been a challenge to figure out how to return it- they offered a small percentage refund to keep it ...

I had this vanity delivered, it came in damaged. I called and inform a customer service rep. They sent out a 2nd. It too was damaged. They were supposed to have taken back both damaged pieces and issue me a refund. But 1 is sitting in my living room and I still dont have a damge free vanity or my $.

Quality of item

We got this lovely bathroom cabinet. It is really nice and solid. Love the marble top and the sink. What I don’t like at all is the doors and drawers won’t adjust. We’ve tried everything. They are to close together. I have to push hard to get them to close. I love it and hope others don’t have the same problem with theirs. I think ours was just made a little wrong but not gonna take it back as it’s already built and installed but I wish I had another one. I have OCD and everything being off both...
