Very poorly constructed

Yes we are beginners but this floor is poorly constructed and once you get more than a few planks together some start to pop up and the tongue and grooves will not stay tightly fit together. I have never done flooring before... So I googled how to install it, the videos gave me great confidence and they had do's and dont's.. Great Purchase

I read many reviews in regards to click lock laminate. Overall I would say they were split regardless of price. I watched several youtube videos and learned what to do and not to do. It really paid off. I had no problems with this product. Be sure to check that the piece isn't warped, it won't work if it is. Cut off the warped part and use the other part for a starter piece. Great flooring

Well, it was a bit of a bear to install at first. Definitely glue in the first row....that makes things a lot easier. I found that you really needed to have everything in a straight line in order for the seams to look good. You will need a rubber mallIet. I noticed that the pieces that were lateral to one another weren't snapping in. I took a whack with a rubber mallet and most of them automatically locked in. Hickory handscraped plank

Besides being decidedly NOT handscraped, I am happy with this flooring so far. We have 3 young children and 2 dogs, so laminate was a must for now. I separated the planks into 10 piles of pattern, we pulled from what went well together, and once you get the angle right to lock it in it's a breeze from there with TWO people. We installed this product recently and could not be more happy. We found this product for $4sq ft. at a local carpet store and then stumbled upon the same floor for 1.50 at Lowes. We could not be more happy, the product was easy to install and looks great. Make sure to grab from 3-4 boxes when installing as a lot of the pieces are the same or similar. We're very pleased with the look of this laminate flooring. We put it in entire house - 3 bedrooms, living room, den. Was relatively easy to install, and really transformed the previously carpeted house. The pattern looked a bit busy in the display at Lowe's, but actually looks much better on the floor.
