16 on center, nope.

Every provider for home should know predrilled holes should match home construction. 16 inches apart it should be, not this company. Prepare yourself with metal drill bits as only 2 holes are 16 inches apart, 3rd hole needs drilled on bracket.

Tilts backwards.

I have a couple of these set up around my house. (Most of those hold up Legos.) My problem is that they always tilt backwards. Maybe the company is trying to compensate for sag later on? But right now it's super annoying. I've included photos to show how unlevel the newest shelf is, and just how OFF it is from actually being level. I even checked to make sure it wasn't that there was anything weird with my wall (sometimes THAT happens). But the wall itself is level. So, fault lies with the she...

Disappointed

This product is of low quality with regards to the materials. The screws provided for securing the shelf to the bracket were to long and pierced the top of the shelf when tightened flush. Not worth the money!

Expensive junk

For the price paid, I assumed the bracket would line up with 16 inch studs. Nope. And they only provided 2 drywall anchors with cheap screws. After I used better screws and 4 anchors, it still isn't flush to the wall. My daughter picked these out for her Legos, which are light enough to hold, or they'd be going back. No way these things can support any actual weight.
