We got this vanity since it was a decent price and fit what we were looking for. Only had this vanity for a year, and noticed that the sink is cracked underneath causing all of our belongings to become damaged, along with the pipes under the vanity. Warranty just ran out and Lowe’s will do nothing to help us. We went with Lowe’s since we liked their quality and customer service but not so much anymore.

Disappointed in the Quality and Durability

I purchased this Style Selections vanity because I liked the design and storage, and initially it looked great. Unfortunately, the engineered vanity top has not held up at all under normal bathroom use. Within a relatively short period, the factory finish began wearing away, leaving dull, porous areas that permanently absorb water and even hand soap. As you can see in my photos, the surface is now covered with stains and discoloration that won’t clean off because the protective finish has failed...

The sink started deteriorating shortly after installation. I Overlooked that considering it wasn’t too expensive. Have to replace the faucet and getting the drawers out it impossible! They put plastic locks that don’t work at all! So you can’t remove the drawers in turn you can’t get to the faucet hookups which is utterly the most idiotic design I’ve ever seen. Bathroom vanity

The vanity looks beautiful, just as advertised! It was delivered by 2 very professional gentleman!

Arrived with crack in countertop. Purchased online. After 5?phone calls to various departments, there is no way to get it replaced or money refunded without re-crating the unit and driving it to a Lowe’s..presuming I had a vehicle big enough to haul it. I am not a happy Lowe’s customer.
