Mat weighs approximately 3 lbs. If used as an outdoor mat, I recommend only where protected from direct sun and other harsh elements. Since my entry is exposed to the elements, I will use just inside the door or at the foot of our hearth.

Wonderful mat

I got this mat to go at my front door but after seeing it in person it was too nice looking for the front door! I placed it in my kitchen instead and it brought a nice autumn warmth to my kitchen. It has a nice rubber base so it doesn't slip around on the laminated wood floor. It doesn't offer as much cushion as a kitchen mat, but by the amount of dog hair I clean off of it regularly, it is more comfortable than the floor.

Lovely Fall-Themed Decorative Mat

This is a large, cheerful fall holiday-themed doormat. For outside use, it would be best placed in a covered area, primarily as a decorative element, and kept out of the sun to prevent fading. The surface is smooth, as illustrated in the closeup in photo 3. This being the case, the mat would not hold up or be effective long term for wiping dirt, mud, or moisture from footwear. Frankly, it's too pretty for this, and would degrade quickly. Indoors, it would brighten any entryway or decorated area....

Thin Mat

My first impression when I got this mat was that it would not last long. That’s not a good impression when you’re talking about a door mat. One would expect a door mat to be made of quality materials that could stand up to the wear and tear of shoes and boots being scrubbed off on it. Very good quality seasonal door mat! Will be looking for additional seasonal mats from this vendor. The mat is thick enough to stay in place in our recent stormy weather too!

Beautiful Mat

Love this mat. The mat can be used indoor or outdoor. I've chosen to use it outside at my front door. The colors are really beautiful and vibrant. Feels to be made really well. Not too thick that I have to move it to open the door; just the right height and size for my front porch. Would definitely recommend.

Bright & Welcoming

The mat is bright & pretty. To clean it, just hose it off. The rubber seems heavy and durable. It stays put because it's a good weight. Looks great on my porch entry!
