Item arrived .. shipped with no box, no packaging, no protective wrap, with three of the corner protectors missing, scratches and damage to the edges. Also, the ends are unfinished. When I purchased an 8’ countertop, I didn’t realize it would just be an 8’ section hacked off, with no finishing. One end will go against a wall, but the other does not, and so we will have to put some kind of weirdo trim solution on it, I guess. Damaged items
I received this item and it is damaged on the corners. The worst part it is damaged on the mitered corner where the countertop is meant to be connected to the other piece for the L shape so it is damaged on the part I cannot cut off. It completely ruins the countertop. I went back to the store to see if I could buy one there after fitting this 10 ft long countertop into my car and having it hang out the back. Complete Junk, dont buy this!!!
I want a credit for this total junk countertop you're selling. you shouldn't even be selling it. Its the worst counterparts anyone could possibly buy. you're better off with the old particle board type. this is absolute junk!!! I expect a complete refund or a store credit. This should not be sold!!!

I absolutely would not recommend this product to anyone. It is by far worse than any other material I've ever used. it cracks so easily and looks awful. my beautiful new cabinets look beautiful and this junk countertop is disgusting. This has been a horrible experience. The first countertop we purchased when trimming to length following all guide guidelines and safety tips, the counter chipped. We went back and purchased another 8 foot piece, and it was near possible to find one that wasn’t damaged before even leaving the store. That should’ve been the warning, but I took home another 8 foot section cut it to length and got it installed, but within a month, the front edge was heavily chipped and we babied it since the moment...
