Poor Design

Would Not Recommend

Shower stall door has a gap that lets water seep out. Pivot that allows door to swing open does not make it easy to fix with a gasket or flange. Due to overlap of frame, you can't use a door sweep either.

I’m a contractor who remodels bathrooms. I wanna start by saying that I install sterling ensemble bathtubs and I’m quite pleased with them(stocked at lowes). This unit however is by far unacceptable I cannot see an application where it would be. Product is of very poor quality construction.

Would Not Recommend

Unit only lasted about 1.75 years before the floor pan cracked. Support under floor pan is styrofoam which crushed over time resulting in collapse and cracking. Wish I had bought something else. I guess I'll keep pouring epoxy patches until I can afford to replace it.

All hardware not in box when purchased

Had this unit installed and it leaked like crazy! It wobles like crazy, and ther are no good seals anywhere so when you finally turn on the water, it leakes. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT!!!
