Paid 9.88 plus tax for this and it is completely rusted...went inside as this was a pick-up and the whole pile was the same. Lowes employee said they always come in that way. Picture online does not show the rust.
May need a touch more water than they recomend.

Used for garden atch trellis. They work fine. But a thick layer of rust ment also buying steel wool and a few extra hours of prep to scub them free of rust before painting.
In and out in no time.
This was exactly what I needed for a small sidewalk job.
