Extremely late delivery
I was supposed to get my product on the 23rd of December,is now January 7th and I still don't have it. Additionally, I scheduled the delivery today and they never showed. Lowe's is using spa world and spa world is using Seko logistics. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this company.
Get plenty of help to assemble, don’t try with two

It doesn't come from lowes and they couldn't help find it. I got in on thier black Friday deal. The only answer they gave me is they can refund me. Well what about the deal and the fact I past on the other deals like sams club that offered thiers rt acrossed the street? Well the deals are done. And when I order from lowes I expect it to be from lowes not a 3rd party.... oh and it never showed and lowes cant even find it. 🙃

This unit showed as "in-stock" when I ordered it, but it took close to a month to arrive. There were loose wires inside the box and currently the speakers and ozone / oxygen device do not work. I have emailed customer service and sent requested pictures - waiting to see their resolution
