Not heating to specs, arrived damaged, no support
This sauna seems like a good deal, but it never reaches the advertised maximum temperature of 150F, arrived with a few slight damages and at a date that deviated by weeks from the original and also the changed delivery date. They acknowledged that “the glass door is not well installed on the door support” and a likely problem with the heaters because the sauna doesn’t reach its max temperature after over 80 minutes of full heating even per its own sensor. Sauna is fine - no support for broken parts
ordered the Sauna in April. sauna arrived with a broken panel and ozone generator contacted the company and they asked for pictures which is reasonable. states they would ship the replacement parts in may. Mutiple emails and said parts were back ordered will be shiped in July. its September and no contact.

Lowes delivery and management is so unhelpful!
Lowes lost our first shipment. 2nd one came broken. Lowes is the most unhelpful company when it comes to assisting when their shipment is broken. I ordered the 1st sauna march 15th and i still do not have 1. I would stay as far away from purchasing this item through lowes. Zero customer service.

Amazingly satisfying
I got this product during black friday and I am in love. The room inside is huge, it fits 4 of us comfortably. I did get the bigger one but it looks great. It may consume electricity as it is of course heating elements, but it is worth it if you can afford it.
