bought 9 of these to update stairs, on the job, they shipped perfect no scratches, dings, or dents, the finish looks great on top, the finish gets a little less under the bull nose, easy to cut and install they look great

Quality Product

I have used this stair tread before on my home’s stairs which were previously carpeted. That was 10 years ago they still look brand new. So I am doing another stair way and had no reservations in selecting the same product as the appearance and quality definitely met my expectations!!

Delayed, no update, never shipped

Ordered two weeks ago. No update from Lowes or vendor. All it says is that order is delayed. Product page now shows out of stock. What a waste of time.

Bad Experience

It was the wrong color and wasn’t the correct number of material

It is an exact match to my staircase, but the color does not match perfectly. It's bit darker than what I have. But it will work - this is a second Stair Tread I am replacing this year.

They look beautiful.

Product quality was generally good except 2 out of 12 had some damage that was luckily repairable with wood glue and one had a noticeable dent I accepted. The packaging was very good and there was no obvious package damage so it appears the damaged units left the factory that way. Just make sure you unpack and inspect well before use.
