Product broke on first use
Tip broke within first use on porcelain tile.

Drilled four holes through a stucco wall. The tip of the drill bit broke off on hole three. Not was just long enough to use on the fourth hole.

Center arbor does not cut. Spring loaded, retracts
Quick, easy blade change. Arbor has a retracting, spring loaded center point. It works as a guide NOT a CENTER HOLE bit. Care must be taken to remain on center. Once you have slowly established a cutting ring the blade will work well. I prefer a center arbor bit that will initiate cutting by drilling the center before the hole saw makes contact with the surface. This one will not cut a center!
