Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
The product has received mixed reviews. Some users found it easy to use with a convenient quick-release feature, and it worked well for drilling through materials like ceramic tile, concrete, and brick. However, many customers experienced quality issues, with the pilot bit or other components breaking or failing after limited use, especially when drilling through harder materials. Several customers also noted compatibility issues with standard US drill bit sizes, requiring additional tools. Overall, the product shows promise, but the quality and design need improvement to make it a reliable and durable option for a wide range of drilling applications.

I purchased the Spyder 1/2-in arbor with a 4 1/4-in hole saw. I drilled 4 holes in 1/2-in plywood. A few months later I returned to the project and the drill bit fell out on what was the fifth hole. Now I no longer have a receipt and must purchase another arbor. Great setup but poorly made.
A little overpriced, but works.
Works as designed. I felt it was overpriced compared to other arbors that I have purchased in the past.

awesome
great product works great
Works well.
Worked great. Used in conjunction with a non arbor hole saw to cut a hole through a brick wall.
Where has this been all my life?
I can’t believe it took this long for somebody to finally design a solution for this very old problem. This thing is fantastic! I wish you could change out pilot bits without having to buy new ones from the same company, but that is absolutely not a dealbreaker.
Worked great with the masonry hole saw
Worked well with the 4" Carbide Tip Masonry Hole Saw.
