Very nice but color off
This butcher block was heavy. It is beautiful and works great on my Island. The color was not as pictured and not as described "Walnut" in color. It was a grey-brown, which is not walnut. I am keeping because you can stain over the color, which is what I plan to do.

Osmo oil finish is the way to finish this wood.
Like the natural wood look it was easy to finish stain and used Osmo oil to finish that is a must.

Quality seems good but careful of shipping damage
The product itself is nice. No warping or anything like that. However my counter top did have a couple dents in it, maybe from shipping. It also looked like it had been dropped on the corner. It’s noticeable but not bad enough to where I’ll send it back.
