Beautiful color but it came with a crackdown the center. Tried to exchange but could only return and re purchase so I went with another brand.

Be careful when ordering off the internet.

I ordered "SPICE" Acacia Cuttingboard counters. The package stated "Spice" on the outside of the box, yet when I opened the boxes-- they were not the "Spice" color-- rather they were "Walnut" color-- no orangie color-- just dark walnut. Now I have to drive 50 miles back to Lowes to complain, and hopefully, obtain the deired stain color I actually wanted and requested!

Pre-stained acacia butcher block seemed a reasonably priced alternative to granite, stone, tile, or finished concrete countertops in my new “Arizona Room”. The degree of finish on these pieces and damage during shipping leaves much to be desired. Sanding and buffing out dents, scratches, and dings; as well as cutting the material for joining left areas that would not evenly accept touch-up stain no matter how arduously we prepped. Beautiful, but often damaged on arrival

I was building two L-shaped desks, so I ordered two 6ft x 25in blocks, and two 4ft x 25in blocks. One of the 4ft ones arrived with a crack in it, so I returned and reordered. The second one had an even bigger crack, so I returned and ordered a third time, and it finally arrived in good shape. When this wood doesn't arrive damaged, it's great! But I recommend having it shipped to store so that you can inspect it right there and, if needed, return it.

Nice item, horrendous service.

It was delivered severely damaged. When I had it returned, I gave a time to have them pick it back up. That time became unavailable. I called to have that pick up canceled and rescheduled. We were told it was canceled by store associate; truck showed up anyways. Getting it rescheduled was terribly inconvenient. Countertops are beautiful shipping was 2 days late

The countertop made it in awesome condition with no flaws noted. The delivery was 2 days late and that put my entire kitchen remodel behind schedule. The installers were set to start the install and because I have to seal the countertop it’s going to set me back several days to a week before my installers can make it back to finish this job. Different color and blotchy

Material I received looked nothing like the product image. The stain color was much cooler and darker. It was blotchy and did not take to the wood variety well. None of my local stores had samples of this butcher block brand on hand to see the stain variations. So you just have to order and see what you get which is a major waste of time and not environmentally friendly. I had to return this coutnertop.

Haven't received the order and I'm already Torqued

What was supposed to be a simple 2 item order has turned into a completely busted one. Started out, the "vendor" acknowledged my order and then "lost it" 3 days after I placed it online; I'm checking on a shipping date after being told via my order confirmation email that I'd receive my countertops within 7 days. Then, the next day (6 days after I placed the order), I'm told, "The vendor had a Cyberattack and is trying to clear things up." Here I am 3 weeks later, no delivery date or arrangement...

Garbage

This product is absolute garbage. I got it as a professional carpenter to make a simple desk out of it to save some time. After my first pass with the track saw I realized I just tossed my money in the trash as this thing wasn’t even remotely flat. It didn’t help that their trucking company left it in my driveway when I wasn’t home set halfway on the bags of mulch in my driveway so it was only supported by one corner.
