Cheap and horrible
Super cheap, horrible design, doesn't get hot enough and doesn't hold temp. Used twice before I started shopping for another better smoker. Save your money and get a better smoker!

Good product for family use
This is good for family use. Product is sturdy as described on website. I used it for my family party on New Year Eve and the result come out as expected. It's also easy to clean after cook. The only thing I don't like is it's hard to control the heat, we have to be around to make to it's not too hot to burn our food.
Great inexpensive starter smoker
It arrived on time and with no visible damage. Putting it together for a Christmas gift for my husband. It's a great starter smoker and inexpensive.
