Very Light duty- Hard to find cord to fit the blo
Two issues with the snowblower: 1) I had a very difficult time finding an extension cord that would fit into the snow blower. I managed to find a female end to attach to a cord that I had. This is very difficult to plug in and does not stay connected when I operate the snow blower. I will end up sanding down the diameter of the cord end to fit in the blower. 2) It is not very powerful- I have used it twice on 3-4" snow. I doubt that it can handle much more than that. We live in northern Michigan and I’m 72 this is s a life saver not to have shovel! We use regular snowblower for big stuff but daily use this is fabulous especially on deck and sidewalks and path to bird feeders.

Awful construction and terrible warranty
The plastic chute on the top of the snow blower is held in by plastic slide in tabs and a single screw. When you use the blower, snow collects underneath the plastic tabs and forces them out of place. After a minute or two of use the plastic chute will fly out of place and snow will shoot straight up in your face. When you contact coustomer service for a warranty claim they just won’t get back to you. Awful product. Cannot believe the reviews.

VERY DANGEROUS, start by itself
This thing is a SERIOUS HAZARD. It cannot stop, even when the button is turned off. Releasing the handle do NOTHING, it keep spinning. The worst of it all is when I was working on the deck for other thing and it STARTED BY ITSELF, I had to unplug the thing to make it stop I tried to bring it inside thinking it was ice but even after that it is still doing it I have two of them and at this point I am seriously afraid to use them

Barely works in dry snow, useless wet.
Absolutely useless unless the snow is light and dry. Any bit of slush and it clogs the chute immediately. "Throws" snow all of 3-4 feet. Garbage product.
