Perfect for retrofitting bottom wall plates
Had to anchor existing sole plates of interior walls in old building. Buying three boxes of these came out cheaper than using Tapcon 5/16" screws. Heavy duty, repositionable (in case of error), haven't broken one yet.

Great anchors!
These are great anchors, I bought these to use for a deck I am building and I use them every time I build a deck.

Simpson concrete screws
These masonry screws are extremely handy and cheaper than the tapcon version. Simpson is also trusted brand in the engineering and construction community. If you’re looking for a screw that even King Arthur couldn’t pull out of concrete or masonry, I’d recommend these. Do be careful about drilling holes into ungrouted masonry, though. Too much pressure on the hammer drill can blow the back face out and not leave enough for these screws to bite.

Size Problem
They seem like well designed anchors, however the outside diameter of the bolt threads is 0.47 inches, not 3/8 inches as you would expect. I could not use them because they would not fit through a bushing designed for a 3/8 inch bolt.
