Box Arrived Empty with 2 holes in the box

Would Not Recommend

Lowe’s Boxed the straps in a box that was obviously not large enough for the straps. During shipment the straps put 2 holes in the box and the straps came out of the box. After contacting Lowe’s Customer Service they informed me the parts could not be reshipped or a credit given back to my account. The customer service representative told me I should have my credit Card company refuse payment. Seriously that’s the way to Solve this. Very disappointed in Lowe’s.
