Broke
Broke within a year , similar to another users review. Cord snapped and crank is all busted. Them trying to charge nearly $700 for this poorly made trash should be a crime. Contacted simplyshade and no help at all , guess this is going in the trash and im gonna have to spend another $700 on another product (that is hopefully a good brand) ill definitely do my diligence and read reviews before i buy my next one

Good umbrella, dead battery.
Umbrella is built well, easy to setup and covers lot of are. It came with dead battery that won't recharge. Contacted simplyshade for replacement but haven't gotten a reply.

Less than 1 full season and its broken
We bought this at the end of last season and used some last fall, stored inside our house over the winter and put out this year in May to use for the summer. Worked well for the first few months, then today I tried to open the umbrella and the cord breaks. For $600, you would think the product would last more than a year... will try to get Lowe's to assist, but am doubtful.
