This fades too quickly - not good quality

Better than advertised!

This umbrella has withstood 2 summers with NO problems or fading of the fabric top. Works like a charm. Only complaint is its a bit wobbly with the wind structurally. Would highly recommend!

Repeat purchase

I bought 2 of these for our above ground pool. They work great and have held up well (minus some color fading.

Lights are dim

Loved the look of this umbrella and it worked great the first few nights. After about three nights we now cannot get the lights to be bright. We’ve worked with it and even plugged in the lights are still very dim!! We’ve tried calling customer service with no luck getting thru. As of now I would not recommend this product to a friend. :-(

Solar Panel instructions are wrong, very wrong

The solar panel does NOT go on top of the umbrella as instructed. It goes on the top main support beam coming out of the base. The big heavy pole with the crank on it. There is a small cap on top of that. Another reviewer said the same thing and the compmny is aware the instructions are just plain wrong. Leave the big black cap on top of the umbrella. Thank you to the previous reviewer for pointing this out.

Don’t expect any help for replacement parts

We purchased a Simply Shade 11ft. Cantilever and 3 days later we had to broken ribs. After waiting for 3 weeks to buy replacement ribs they finally came with no instructions. The YouTube instruction was not helpful. Once you followed what you could we learned that we shouldn’t have taken one of the hubs off. High winds today broke the metal canopy today.

We love ths umbrella and have never had a problem until today. A fast moving storm broke the metal canopy in several pieces. Can we just replace the canopy or do we need to buy the entire umbrella?

Wind caused closed umbrella to pop out of base.

Last year we bought two of these umbrellas. We bought one and had to have another one so a few weeks later picked up our second one. We loved these umbrellas tremendously till last weekend. A storm blew up and while the umbrella was closed knocked the umbrella out of the stand. The stand pieces came apart and allowed it to blow around.
