Flooring is great, delivery is not!
The flooring is great. I have been having a problem getting the entire order. The people in the flooring department have been as helpful as possible, but they don’t have any information on when the rest of the order will be delivered to the store. My project is half finished and I can’t even tell the contractor when he can finish.

Too short
This stair nose matched the toasted chestnut flooring perfectly. The only issue is that it doesn't come in 84 inches. It was too short, so i had to go with the cheaper vinyl alternative. I would've been much happier with the laminate option. The competitors had the right size, but the color didn't match. I made the mistake of assuming that the size was standard and it cost me a wasted $79 delivery fee. None of the stores in my area carry stair nose as an in-stock item.

We bought pergo woodcraft flooring from Lowe's for an entire level in our home. When everything started showing up there were all kinds of boxes of everything. The installers said they didn't even know what half of it was. But there was no stair nose (even though that was on my receipt). colors don't match the pictures shown
When I went to pick it up, Product was lost in the store. Took almost an hour to find it. Color match was not as close to the laminate floor tile as the picture showed and floor tile with the same color name. I am now looking for other options and may have to return this one. The Lowes staff were courteous and very apologetic.

VERY frustrated. This is the second time we have ordered a box of the nosing to finish our stairs. Every single one of them have a strip where the coat is bubbled and defective. We returned the 5 and reordered again hoping it was just a flawed box but when we got home with the new sets, same thing. DO NOT RECOMMEND! How many trips do we have to return and reorder until we get good ones to finish our product?! We already laid the flooring so we are stuck!
