Horrible Process & Customer Service
Ordered item #426942, it was supposed to be a pickup (delivered to my car) order. Arrived at store, impossible to navigate car check in process (had to download app and then wouldn't connect order to app). After failing that process I went in store to pick up my order only to be faced with another check-in screen that asked for info that I didn't have. An employee took pity on me and retrieved my order for me (thank you!). Got home to realize that I was supposed to have received a 2 pack, instea...
