Item was shipped and arrived completely damaged and had to be returned. Took me 2 phone calls with customer service totaling an hour to get a return shipping label set up to return the item. Was told that once item was returned it would take 3-10 days for a refund to be made back onto my credit card. Today is Feb. 14th, way past the time frame for a refund to be made and no refund has been done.
