Excellent vacuum. The hose is a good length and I like that it has a bag.

Exceptional
Wish I had this back in high school, socks the best
Excellent Product
I purchased two of these 5 gallon shop vacs and they are an excellent product. Plenty of suction and the rear blower port is a great feature. Also this vacuum exhausts to the rear the way all vacs should. Some of the other brands exhaust to the front which defeats the entire purpose of the vacuum. I Highly recommend this Vacuum!
Worst Shop Vac I Ever Owned
I have owned many Shop Vacs and consider them to be a good buy. This thing was garbage from day one. The suction is a joke. I gave this thing to Goodwill after a year. Don't buy this junk.
contractor who owns 3 of these
I have a 3 crew workforce and each crew is never without one of these. WIthout a doubt the most power suction of any pottable vac out there. When u get 5.5-6HP (usually what the larger units top out at trying to use a 14gal tank) it shoukd be that powerful. YES IT DOES NOT HAVE CASTERS. I simply bought 4 from HF for under 10$ and used strong adheaive to affix them to the bottom of the unit. No issues to date with then being picked up and Im sure not gently placed in our compnany vehicles...
small but powerful
I was a little worried about this shop vacuum possibly under-powered. I was surprised and pleased with the suction and the way it works. The only problem is with the holder for attachments; it needs some improvement so the tools do not fall off while using, but a good value for the price.

Did not come with high effiency collection bag
The little shop-vac itself is great. Seems heavy enough to not tip but so easy to carry and move around. I thought I'd miss having wheels but I love the portability of this one. The suction power unbelievably strong. I just got it so I can't say much for longevity. I knocked a star off because it is supposed to come with a high efficiency collection bag (yellow) which is for use with dust and fine particle collection. And the reason I needed a shop-vac to begin with. A standard bag was in...
In a word - junk.
What happened to shopvac? I had a shopvac for 10 years it was great. The motor finally went so I got another. But the hose diameter is only half of my old one and the suction is not even half. So I bought a Rigid from HD. It has twice the suction even though both are 6 HP. Second issue, the shop vac did not come with tube extensions. You have to buy them separately. $15 for a 18 inch tube. What the heck? I'd take it back if I could find the receipt. This reminds me of the time Porter Cable start...
