Lowe's delivery delivered 9 of the 14 boards. They took a picture of the 9 boards and sent me an email saying they delivered all 14 pieces. You can see in the picture that there are only 9 boards. Out of the 9 boards, 4 were cracked. I called Lowe's, and they said they would call back the next day with a new delivery. They haven't called back and now say they can't refund the damaged boards or deliver new ones.

Delivery delays
The delivery driver was great! However, I bought on 18th with a two day delivery, for the 20th. Morning of the 20th the delivery was moved to the 25th and on the 25th, it was moved again to the 27th. It was an in town delivery, with the items in stock. Also, no phone calls about the delays, just an email. Do better Lowe's.
