What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the cabinets for stunning aesthetics and excellent soft-close mechanisms, with many noting color options like Linen White and Sage Green transformed their kitchens and earned guest compliments. Reviewers consistently highlight solid construction and quality craftsmanship, comparing them favorably to higher-end brands. The soft-close drawers and doors are called game-changers for their smooth, quiet operation and premium feel. Some customers report manufacturing defects including visible glue, protruding nails, chipped paint, and warped doors, while a few question the value. Despite these minor concerns, most consider the cabinets an excellent investment.

Some positives and some negatives

The positives are that I really love the finish and the materials used are quality wood. Now the negatives: First, delivery was an absolute nightmare. This was not on Shenandoah exactly, but on the delivery company they used. I won’t go into every detail but it was nearly 3 weeks after the delivery company received my cabinets at their warehouse before I actually received them. The local number that Lowe’s provided was just never answered and messages were not returned. When I finally spoke ...

Soft close cabinets are definitely worth the upgra

I have had my cabinets installed for about 3 weeks now. I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the finish, the paint scuffs and chips easily, but touch up products were included. The tracking on the drawers are very good quality, and I am so glad I went with the soft close feature. No more hearing cabinet doors bang close.

Very disappointed

I bought this product in June and it is now the middle of September and I still don’t have all the parts. 3 cabinets came broken and one door broke in the 1st week. For. $20,000 purchase I can’t say it is worth what I paid.

Solid cabinets, great features

My wife really likes the color, selection and features of the new cabinets. Yet, we had several issues that could have been avoid if you have better quality control. We experienced warped cabinet doors, misaligned drawers, incorrect inserts, etc. it has taken time to get those resolved but we are getting there.
