Shenandoah Breckenridge 14.562-in W x 14.5-in H Amber Stained Cherry Kitchen Cabinet Door sample

Very disappointed

I bought this product in June and it is now the middle of September and I still don’t have all the parts. 3 cabinets came broken and one door broke in the 1st week. For. $20,000 purchase I can’t say it is worth what I paid.

Solid cabinets, great features

My wife really likes the color, selection and features of the new cabinets. Yet, we had several issues that could have been avoid if you have better quality control. We experienced warped cabinet doors, misaligned drawers, incorrect inserts, etc. it has taken time to get those resolved but we are getting there.

Excellent product

How about these countertops a couple months ago but we are just now starting the renovation on the kitchen. The cabinets have been installed and they look great.

Beautiful finish

Been working on decisions with a very awesome sales person for months. She was very patient with us

Terrible experience

The quality control of these cabinets are non existent from my view and I’m a contractor!

Looks great

One cabinet was wrong but they quickly fixed it

Great cabinets

The cabinets look great but upset that some of the cabinets are missing the pellets for the cabinets. The pellets I brought from the store are too big and therefore I have to wait until the ones ordered come finish setting up the cabinets. Also, cabinet doors needed to be adjusted

Great cabinet.

I bought a while ago but just getting kitchen remodeled!

Shenandoah cabinetry

Overall quality was good, there were a few edges not plumb. There were some dings and scratches on the surface found after unboxing.

Still missing items

In the first order, they forgot 33 items. In the second shipment, which is supposed to be missing items, they forgot an additional seven items. It’s been several months. I still don’t have all of my products. It has been kind of frustrating.
