Would Recommend

Quick, accurate ordering process on Lowe's website. Be sure to create an account before starting an order. Delivery / pickup was fast and efficient. Lowe's automated voice system - The only reason I gave a 4 rating. Lowe's automated voice system is highly inefficient when attempting to contact customer service. Buyer Beware!

Defective product

Would Not Recommend

The product is failing and since we are the second owner (floor is 5 years old) there is no warranty. A warranty is only as good as the company anyway. I would not buy this product or products from Shaw again. I added a few pictures but there are more issues beyond these.
