Disappointment
Fell in love with these floors, but nothing but problems. had to return once case because they were damaged. opened the majority of the remaining 13 cases and they were all splintering on the edges. manufacturer said it sounds like a defect in finish. Afraid to reorder, wait another two weeks and get cases from the same shipment. Can't find similar looking boards anywhere. very disappointed.

MDF core- not engineered hardwood
In my opinion, this does not qualify as “engineered hardwood flooring”. It’s MDF sandwiched with two veneer layers. It is beautiful, and I haven’t installed it yet, but I don’t see it holding up well. I feel like I got duped, but that explains why it was so hard to get any details on it.

Totally agree with another reviewer regarding the disproportionate number of short length pieces they include in the boxes. I just floored my office with this product and it looks great, feels great, and went down very easily. however, I'm stuck with probably 2 boxes worth of short pieces I'll never use. There should be a purchase option to buy all long OR variable length.

Comes with a lot of short pieces
I purchased a box of this flooring to put on the ceiling of a small powder room (5'x5'). The box was supposed to cover 30 sq feet so I thought 1 box would work. The box I got contained only 6 full length boards the rest were all short pieces, some as short as 10". These pieces are pretty much useless unless you want to piece your floor together in tiny pieces.
