We have the Shaw Matrix with Advanced Flex Technology - dockside hickory brown flooring. It started to break down at the seems after less than 2 years. We have a flooring person out here now working to repair it with some extra we had. He said that it was installed correctly and the subfloor looks great. The flooring is some of the thinnest he has seen and is broken at the interlocking seems in most of the connections. I would not buy and install this floor! In fact, it doesn't even look like yo...

Thin and brittle - Just dont do it!
Floors have been installed for less and two years and we have about 15-20 pieces that are already cracked. Some of them are cracked the long way and not even on the tongues. I deeply regret buying this floor. SO much work and money wasted.

Does anyone have any luck with the 30-year warranty? my floor has cracked split separate all over my whole house upstairs and down .also, I just had all new subflooring done 🙄
Great product horrible service.
The LVP are great as long as the boxes are not opened. I order 10 boxes and as I went to pick them up, I noticed two boxes open and can visually see that they were damaged. Took about another 45 mins for the store to replace the two boxes. I didn’t get an offer to put them in my vehicle nor an apology for the inconvenience. I only drove an hour and half to pick them up. Check the boxes before you leave the store.
Worst flooring ever Won't stand behind warranty
I had this installed 2 years ago and this has already happened. Most of it happened within 6 months of install. Cracks and holes, bumps, chips. This one crack is not on a seam where pieces are together it is in the plank. Horrible product. They say it's due to poor installation but no. It is a poor product and I wish I never bought it.
I have been installing flooring for 28 years and this is the worst flooring I have ever installed …. The interlocking joints just come apart …Never will I install this brand again. Customer said it started coming apart after 2 weeks.

I am finishing a long term renovation and am a few pieces short. I am in need of 5 pieces of the Cascade Walnut LVP. Is there anyone out there that may have extra pieces from a project. Any feedback will help
