The 6-pass hidden bake element and sculpted floor of the modern, cobalt blue porcelain interior make cleanup a breeze. We've had this oven for about 2.5 years and haven't used it much except for holiday baking because there are only 2 of living in the home. We recently noticed that the interior coating is chipping off the top and bottom of the oven. I collected samples of the chipped coating and contacted Sharp. They replied, "After reviewing your case the rusting in the unit would typically be caused by a chip or scratch in the porcelain interior. Would Not Recommend

I’ve had so many issues with this oven. Now the out panel shattered when my son opened the oven. That’s all he did was open it. It didn’t hit anything. I can’t find anyplace to repair this or even get replacement parts! I’m two months past the 5 year warranty. I’m beyond disgusted.

We picked up this oven from Loews on July 25, 2024 & it was installed in early September 2024 and the enamel on the bottom is dissolving! Sharp doesn't want to accept the complaint, despite their 1 year guarantee! It would be our fault.
