Opened box and plugged in

Would Not Recommend

Opened box plugged in and the light was on and carousel was spinning with door closed. But didn’t heat anything, called Sharp and they said pull it out of wall and unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in. Didn’t resolve the issue. So they wanted to send a repair man for a brand new microwave. I took it back , I don’t think a brand new out of the box appliance should need repair.
