Microwave for my 85 year-old mom
I like the product it was just damaged. The box had a little bit of a smash on it and we did not open it up at the store because the guy said it would probably be just fine with all the padding unfortunately it is not and we would like a new one when I contacted the store to see if they would open the other damage box to see if it was OK so I could return and exchange it. They said they could not buy policy so I would like a new one.

Simplistic, sturdy space-saving combo oven
This is a replacement for a Grill2Convection oven that lasted over 20 years. It's worse in some ways, but overall a decent successor. I dislike the lack of number pad, but am quickly getting used to it. The air fry seems underpowered. As in, it takes twice as long as the packaging on frozen items suggests. (But this is my first air fryer, so that could be typical for all I know.) It is possible to toast bread, though it takes about seven minutes. The auto cook options are much more limite...
