Mini Split was great, however, when we ordered the bracket support for installation, the box came all beat up from FedEx, with missing hardware package. When I contacted Senville, they said they would send me a new entire bracket with hardware again, but they never sent it.

Perfect except the slightly bigger

Perfect except the slightly bigger diameter high pressure connection from the outside unit. I had to pay extra to use the old copper from old unit , lose the refrigerant and properly connect the copper hose and recharged the unit. Suggestion to your customer to inspect the connections proper fittings before completely unboxing the entire system. Otherwise, the whole system runs good
