My experience took an unwarranted amount of time
My light fixture arrived broken leadind to another wait for the product. I was instructed I needed to return it to the store. At the store I was told it needed to be returned to the store where I bought it. In the store it was ordered. Online by the Lowes sales associate. Now I needed to go through the process again by the Returns person that was exasperated that I was there.
