Hard to hang level
Love this fixture but beware. the glass shades do not weigh the same and it took some juggling get this to hang level. One shade weighed 336 grams, one weighed 375 grams and the last weighed 405 grams.
Love the look but very hard to get level.
We bought the 5 and 3 light Driscoll fixtures. We love the look but had a very hard time getting these fixtures to hang level. The 5 light fixture was hung in a 2 story entry and was shockingly crocked. No matter what we did it would not hang level. My husband came up with the idea that the glass shades might not be the same weight. He took the glass shades off and I got out my kitchen scale. The lightest shade weighs 232 grams and the heaviest was 405 grams. No 2 shades weighed the same. After ...
