I was a little skeptical when my wife bought this. We have had it three or four years now and it finally gave up the ghost. It lasted way longer that I gave it credit for and cut through limbs from one half inch to three quarters of an inch like butter. Anything larger might take a couple of tries. The battery lasts much longer than I expected it to as well. It served me so well that I just bought another one just like it. I would recommend this battery powered pruner.

Have no idea whether this is a good product or not. It arrived missing critical parts! It had been removed from the factory packaging; may have actually been a 'Returned' item. If you order for pick-up at the store, examine CAREFULLY to ensure you're getting everything.

Lowes charged me more than 10% sales tax when it should have been 7.25%. And they provide absolutely no way to contact anybody and get it fixed. Never buying from them again; I don't like being robbed.
