Got not working Trimmer.

Got with not working battery. So disappointing. It's my second one, first was from Cobalt, stopped working after 3 months. Again, return wasn't simple, has to call to Cobalt, they sent return label. Lowe's now changed policy, in store they said I have to call to company who made it, for return. Lowe's, you lost my business, was long time your customer.

Well engineered product. Easy to use, blade adjustment makes for proper cutting angle and pole ajustment for height is simple and secure. Great product.

Item arrived as scheduled! However, it was obvious the outer box had been opened and resealed! After opening the outer box to get the trimmer out, the battery and charger boxes had both been opened (the tape that sealed these boxes had been cut, as was the tape on the outer box). Also the cutter blade mounting hardware had evidence of being readjusted. It almost appears as if I received an item that had been previously purchased and returned, inspected and adjusted, put back in the packaging ...

When extended this trimmer is very heavy.Bob

Works as it should, cuts great.

It did exactly what I wanted. But I found it a little heavy after a while.
