This units battery failed right after the warranty expired, and with minimal use. We tried requesting support and to purchase parts, but no reply ever from manufacturer. We tried for a very very long time. I believe we may be done with this brand after years of supporting them
did not stand the test of time
I've had this product for about 18 months, I travel a good amount for work and always park my car at the long term parking. I liked to keep this on hand Incase I ever came back to a flat battery. ahead of my last trip I went to make sure that it was charged up, only to find that the internal battery had swollen so much that it had separated the case. for the money spent I would have hoped it would have lasted longer

Like others on here, I went to my truck to use my unit one day, and the case had bulged and it wouldn't power up. I thought the purpose was to have it handy to jump start my vehicle. Apparently not!!!

Should have read the fine print
I thought I was getting a device able to jump start all my V8 Vehicles...In fine print on box cover it says V6 engines...And I have 4 V8 autmobiles so I guess it will not be much use to me.

Crap company and even crapier product
Battery Swelled and broke open case, unit unfunctional. Sat on hold forever with this company before I gave up. I think that is their plan so they don't have to replace anything. Buying from this company is nothing but throwing away money.

Company Stands Behind Product
I purchased this product to keep on my boat, where jump starts are not easy to find. I ended up using it to jump start my V-8 truck several times over two days. It worked perfectly. A defect became apparent when I was recharging the unit. One call to the company and a new one was on the way.
