Ordering, changing colors defaults depth

The depth was wrong when the product arrived, as a result I didn't use them. It was too late to order the correct ones. My thoughts are when I changed to the color I wanted, the shopping program changed to a default. The items arrived in a long tube that was bent in the middle. Despite the bend the transitions were not bent. The return was flawless. By giving three stars, I am trying to stay neutral.

Would Recommend

I had a 90 degree circular tile to vinyl floor plank transition problem. This quality Schluter Reno-TK reducer tile edge trim did the job. It looks great and was easy to bend and install.
