Installing is like a game of real life snake
I haven't turned my heating system on yet, but installing it was easy in principle. It snapped nicely into the mats. Make sure that you take very exact measurements. I had done a few rows of 2-3-2 spacing by the kitchen sink because I wanted it to be warmer but then I was about 6 ft short of cable by the refrigerator. I ended up needing to take up about half of the cable. I had laid down and just run 3-3-3- spacing to make sure that I had enough cable to cover the entire floor.

Easy to use
Very DIY friendly. I hired an electrician to connect romex to my panel and then was able to handle all the rest on my own. Worth spending a little extra money for a superior product.

Calculate prior to buying
Use schluters website tool to estimate the length you will need for the wire. You cannot cut! There are various patterns that you can lay this down so make sure you calculate correctly.

Good under the floor heating system.
Good under tile heating system. Gets the floor warm, but not enough to heat the whole room. Ensure you test the resistance before and after the intall to make sure it did not break while tiling. Also this only works the the Schluter thermostat.
