Lock slips
2 stars because it does what it’s supposed to. However, the lock slips and sometimes you have to enter code twice for it to catch. I’m looking to replace this product already.

I bought this ; installed it; worked great. However, then it started to get loose, tightened once, and then again, and now won’t tighten. It’s trash. For the price it shouldn’t loosen.
