The doorknob comes off when you use it
The doorknob comes off when you use it. I want a refund because the doorknob shouldn't come off when you use it.
Works great, and installation was easy.
I used this on an interior closet door that I want to keep off-limits to children. Installation was fairly straight-forward. It fit directly into the existing holes, so I didn't need to cut or alter anything (the existing door knob was also a Schlage). Directions were clear. Operation is smooth.
