Better than some other models

This particular model (BE375) is a decent product. It's nice not having to carry a house key around, and I never have to worry about locking myself out. I just have to remember the code, which is easy enough. We purchased another model at the same time, and installed that in our basement. Does not work 50 percent of the time

This is our second lock. We thought the first one was detective but only after 1 week we starting having the same problems. It will not lock when you press the lock button. With the older version of this lock we did not have this issue now two locks later same problem.

After one year the lock just rotates. Key pad works and new batteries didnt change anything. Even tried to remove and reinstall thinking maybe off alignment. Not the best...

Doesn't always unlock or lock from the outside.

Don't usually write reviews, especially negative but wanted to warn others about this experience. The lock doesn't always lock from the outside when leaving the house so have to type the code in several times to get it to work. This is difficult for times like when my kids leave the house for the bus and don't have time. Stops working

I have purchased 2 of these in 2 years. Both stopped working (possibly due to change in weather). Seems like a faulty pin inside. I get locked out outside and no key option for emergencies like this.

Great when it works

I had this lock on my front door for a while and loved the ease of use. I frequently ride my bike so it’s great for not having to carry around keys. Stars can be deceptive

So, my 1 star review isn't necessarily for the product, it's for the condition. I actually like the handle & keypad lock very much. I didn't notice until I got home & began unboxing that this may have been an open-box item. I did not buy an open-box advertised item, I bought a supposedly new unopened item. The instruction sheet needs to better organized with clearer instructions, especially the code section. I would have rated it 5 stars if the instructions were better or if it had video directions.
