Drop-in replacement.
Unit was an almost drop-in replacement for the 25 year old part that it replaced. I had to enlarge the through-hole at the bottom of the handle to admit the new bolt arrangement. However, the new unit weighs less than half of what the old unit did. I'm not optimistic that I'll get 25 years out of the new one.

New lock, beautiful, the rekeys is not good.
I think the locking shaft is a little short, other that that is a beautiful set. Also i had my new lock rekeys, its seem like it wasn't rekeys very good at all. It takes a little bit to get in thru my door.
