You get what you pay for.
My experience with the product is great so far. Can't beat Schlage, or so my experience tells me. The much cheaper Tru-Bolt offering was replaced after less than 10 years of service. My only problem came with not using the Lowes app when picking up my online order. Upon arrival I had to wait quite a while and then they had to go to the back of the store to pick it up. I could have done it faster myself.
