The product is fine. I actually went to tyhe store and bought another one. The reason I gave one star had to do with the process of online ordering and return. First, I ordered online but then after realizing that it will take 2+ to get the product, I went to the store and bought another one. I thought I could simply click cancel but because the order was fullfilled by Schlage; there was no option to cancel online, by calling the store, and by calling Schlage themselves.
