Waiting three days for credit.
We ordered the product and had it delivered and when we were going to install it, we realized it was the wrong size. So we carried it back to the Lowe store in Hot Springs and they wouldn’t let us exchange it which was inconvenient and then they wouldn’t let us put it on a gift card, which is inconvenient. Chose this tile for our kitchen remodel. It is beautiful. We used the grout color alabaster for some contrast. We hired for install and would definitely say you need to; our installer said this was a difficult tile for him. But he did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be happier.

Not a uniform shade of white!
What kind of nonesense is this product, and who will pay for my contractor to redo the work?! There are different shades of white depending on the batch. The purchase was already a nightmare through Lowe’s, who couldn’t keep their stock updated live online. So I had to hunt down this product at 4 different stores to get enough tiles, and now this?!?!
